Reading PDFs, CSVs and inbox traffic and turning them into the action your business actually needs – a record created, a payment matched, a document sent out. If your team's real job description is "open this, copy that, paste it there", this is usually where we start.

CRM, accounting and policy management systems often need to share information. We assess their APIs, data formats and access permissions, then build the connections that make sense. The aim is less re-keying, without replacing tools that already do their job.

For answering common questions, triaging enquiries or helping your team find information, we build AI assistants around your business content. We agree what they can answer, where they need to hand over to a person, and how you will keep their source information current.

If a process follows clear rules, ordinary automation is usually the simpler, more predictable choice. AI can help with variable inputs such as free-text emails, scanned documents and conversations. Its output still needs appropriate checks, especially before updating a record or sending something to a customer.

Start with one process and a redacted example of what your team does today. Remove customer details and credentials before sharing it. We'll map the systems, time spent and exceptions, then scope a first workflow and how to measure it. The scope needs to cover data access, model-provider use, human review and ongoing support. Cost depends on the integrations, input variability and checks needed, not just the AI tool.
